Our team consists of direct care staff (including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Aides, Recreation Coordinators, and Dieticians – just to name a few); maintenance staff, and administrative staff. KinVillage currently employs over 160 full-time and part-time employees in permanent or casual roles. In addition, KinVillage procures dietary and support services from Compass Group Canada.
