COMMITTED TO ACCOUNTABILITY

KinVillage Association is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors who provide Policy Governance. This dedicated group oversees progress toward the Society’s Strategic Goals and Objectives. The operational budget is approved annually each April based on the Leadership Team's operational plan. In June, the Board reviews comprehensive reports from the CEO and Leadership Team to ensure alignment with the strategic goals and objectives. An Annual Report is presented to Society members at the Annual General Meeting in September and shared internally with residents, family members, clients and staff.
